Before entering, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions that apply to the use of the online store located at bio-gel.eu/shop.
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store whenever it deems necessary, and to inform users of any changes through the page of this online store.
Personal Data Protection
During your visit to the page bio-gel.eu/shop, in order to order products, you will be asked for some of your personal details, such as your full name, billing address, as well as the address where the products will be sent, your landline phone (or any other phone you wish), and finally, your email address. A prerequisite for entering into an order contract is that you are of legal age and have legal capacity according to the law.
If you wish to make a purchase via credit card, you will also be asked for its number, expiration date, and the three-digit security code. This data is processed by the company in compliance with the application of law 7A par. 1 (b) N2472/97, for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed by the customer, and will not be disclosed, published, or sold to third parties, unless the procedure defined by the legislation on lifting confidentiality (N.2225/1994) is initiated or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.
Credit card details are not stored on the company’s storage media during the transaction but in a secure environment of the collaborating company (EDPS), thus ensuring an even higher level of security.

Biogel, recognizing the importance of secure transactions and your personal data, has taken all necessary measures to ensure the maximum possible security.
The security of the online store is achieved through an SSL (SecureSocketLayers) 128bit certificate, which ensures the secure exchange of data between the two parties – the website and the user’s browser.
Confidentiality is considered self-evident. The same basic principles that govern commercial transactions in physical stores apply to e-commerce. All information transmitted by the user is confidential, and Biogel has taken all necessary measures to use it only to the extent deemed necessary within the framework of the provided services.
Only authorized personnel have access to your transaction information and only when necessary – e.g., for processing your requests. Biogel does not disclose customer and transaction details unless you have given written authorization or if required by a court order or decision of another public authority. No information is used by third parties, and transaction confidentiality is maintained. For your safety, you should also handle all information provided through the service as confidential and secret and not disclose it to third parties. In any case, Biogel’s online store does not publish or disclose your personal data.

The Company is committed to the quality, completeness, and validity of the information presented on its website bio-gel.eu, both regarding the existence of essential characteristics that describe each product and the transactions provided through the online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that have escaped attention or occurred unintentionally or due to website interruptions for reasons of force majeure.

The Company offers the products of the online store according to these terms of use and the applicable law and cannot provide any guarantee regarding the availability of the products, but is committed to timely informing customers in case of their unavailability. The Company bears no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties related to products and services or information available through it. Finally, the online store bears no responsibility for any technical problems that may arise for users during their access to the website.
Intellectual Property Rights
This website is the official online store of Biogel. All content of the website, including images, graphics, photos, designs, texts, products, is the property of the Company and is protected under the relevant provisions of Greek and European law and international conventions.
User Responsibility
The visitor is obliged to use the online store according to the law and good morals and not to engage in actions that could cause technical damage to it or the Company’s website.
Product Order and Consumer Protection
Ordering through an online store constitutes a distance contract and is followed by the terms of article 4 of law N.2251/1994 (Consumer Protection) as amended and currently in force.
You have the right to enter into a distance order contract if you are legally competent, according to the relevant articles of the Greek Civil Code, and especially if you have reached the age of eighteen.
Placing an Order via E-SHOP
The ordering process in our online store is easy and secure. Once you have selected the product(s) of your choice by adding them each time to the shopping cart (by clicking the corresponding button), you will notice that your shopping cart will appear in a summary manner at the top right of the screen and will be continuously updated. Once you have completed your shopping, click on the “Shopping Cart” button and then follow these steps:
Purchase with account creation: In this case, you will be informed about the status of your current order and track your previous orders. You will be asked for your first name, last name, email, phone, fax if available, address, city, postal code, country, and region (Note: fields marked with * are mandatory). For purchase with account creation, it is necessary to also fill in a personal password, which in combination with the email will provide you access to your personal information each time.
Purchase as a guest: In this case, you will be asked for your first name, last name, email, phone, fax if available, address, city, postal code, country, and region.
Payment Methods

Available only for the Greek territory.
With cash on delivery without additional charge at your location. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay in cash or card charge the price of the product. The cash on delivery costs will be borne by our company. - Via NBG E-POS service
Bio-gel.eu accepts debit/credit cards through the E-POS of the National Bank of Greece as a payment method. This ensures transaction security thanks to innovative, certified encryption systems. Our online store does not store card or transaction data. It simply stores a reference to the transaction made. For encrypting your data, we use the modern SecureSocketLayer (SSL) method.
Order Confirmation
Once you have completed all the steps, your order is confirmed by the system and automatically informs you of the receipt of the order.
During the processing of your order, you may receive some emails regarding its progress.
Withdrawal
The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal 14 days from the receipt of the order and request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without justifying the return.
The merchant must return the money within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. However, they may delay returning the money if they do not receive the products or proof of their return.
The refunded money must include the shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.
Return
You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, with the only charge being the cost of returning the product, provided that the specific product remains intact and unused. A second change of already exchanged products is not possible. The product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
In cases where you have been demonstrably delivered products other than or substantially different from those you ordered, the return costs are exclusively borne by our Company.
Similarly, in cases where, despite quality control, there was a defect in the product delivered to you, the return costs are exclusively borne by our Company.
To make the return, you must go to the “Customer Service” section and select the return form, where you will be asked for your first and last name, email & phone, order number, order date, product name, product code, quantity, and reason for return. The process is completed as you type the six-digit code and the “Continue” button.
Order Cancellation
Before completing the order and during the electronic process, you can go back and remove the quantities from the shopping cart.
If you have completed the electronic order and have not yet been informed about its shipment, you can contact us by email at info@bio-gel.eu and one of our associates will cancel your order.
Product Delivery Locations and Shipping Costs
bio-gel.eu/shop delivers its products worldwide.
-For shipments within Greece, product delivery is made to the address you have indicated to us, via the courier company ACS with which our Company cooperates, while the estimated transit time ranges from 1 to 5 days from the day of the order (except for unforeseen circumstances where delivery time may be increased by the carrier). (the shipping time depends on the collection of products in our warehouse).
-For shipments to any other country outside Greece, product delivery is made to the address you have indicated to us, via the courier company DHL with which our Company cooperates, while the estimated transit time ranges from 1 to 10 days from the day of the order (the shipping time depends on the collection of products in our warehouse and the destination).
In any case, the courier company delivers from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays. The above deadline does not apply during periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times.
Product Prices
The prices listed on the website are the final prices, meaning they include VAT. bio-gel.eu/shop reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice to its customers. However, the customer is obliged, upon receipt of the product, to pay the price the product had at the time of the order.
Our pricing policy is the same in all Biogel stores – however, for some of our products, there may be price differences between the online and physical store due to promotional activities. Such promotional activities are valid only for purchases from the online store and delivery to your location.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Greek Law, and the courts of Athens are exclusively competent to resolve disputes arising from such contracts.
