Right of withdrawal

If you bought from our online shop, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and at no cost beyond the cost of returning the goods. This right comes from Greek consumer law 2251/1994, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU.

When the period starts

The 14 days start on the day you, or a third party you nominated, take physical possession of the goods. If your order arrived in more than one parcel, the period starts when you receive the last one.

How to exercise it

Fill in the withdrawal form below. Once you review your details and press “Confirm withdrawal”, your notice is registered and you receive an automatic confirmation by email, with the date and time, which you can keep as proof. It is enough that you send your notice before the 14 day period expires.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. Goods should come back in the condition you received them, with their full packaging. The direct cost of return is yours, unless agreed otherwise or unless the item is faulty.

Refund

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you supply proof that you have sent them. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

When the right does not apply

By law the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others:

• to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery, such as supplements, drinks and cosmetics that have been opened,
• to goods made or personalised to your specifications,
• to goods that deteriorate or expire quickly,
• to goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

A sealed product that stays closed and intact can be returned normally.

Diminished value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
