Greenhouses & Cultivation
In specially designed greenhouses for the cultivation of Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller plants, the cultivation is tended to daily with great love and care, maintaining and protecting it only with 100% certified organic products, using the minimum required amount of water, protecting the environment in every way. As a result, we achieve the highest level of purity and quality of the raw material we need to process and refine it in order to proceed with the production and bottling process.
Production & bottling
Once we have trimmed and cleaned all the aloe leaves of any fiber traces that may remain on the gel, we proceed to the final processing and pasteurization of the product, aiming to continue with the removal of aloin and the enhancement of vitamins, etc. Then we follow the bottling and labeling process. In the cultivation and in the facility, we strive to use as much human labor as possible, continuously offering new job opportunities to people, families in need of work and financial support.
Packaging
The final stage is in the packaging, where the products are sorted by codes u2013 flavors and placed in specially designed transport boxes.
